AWARD

The Get A Clue Man Award will be brought to you on a case by case basis. The criteria is based on the winner exemplifying an extremely high level of cognitive dissonance. One for which no excuse can be made for their utter lack of coherency. Congrats to our first winner, Howie Kurtz, the host of Reliable Sources, who according to CNN:
turns a critical lens on the media. Kurtz leads the scrutinizing of the media's fairness and objectivity by questioning journalists of top news organizations, including those at CNN.
had an interview on CNN with Katie Couric to discuss her experience as a woman anchor. Here is his first question to her:
Early criticism you know turned kind or personal and is a woman really right to be the news anchor and I just wonder if that was a painful period for you at all.
Ok fair enough, but as soon as she answers the question he asks this:
We’re going to put up some pictures of you over the years, and I’m going to ask you whether you think at all a factor in your recent success could be this new hairstyle.
Watch the video for Couric's smackdown! Howie didn't know what hit him!

See video here.

Wow the cognitive dissonance is amazing. Howie's understanding of sexism and then partaking of it in a span of one minute and twenty eight seconds might have set a record.
